
Kyle Cato, a partner in Carter Group, has been an instrumental part of the company since 2006. He has been an integral part of the creative sales and marketing process that has led to its success. Having a love for the great outdoors and a background in web design has given Kyle a unique perspective on how to market properties in today's increasingly technical environment. This has directly led to sales of millions of dollars worth of properties from locations all around Georgia. His strong work ethic and integrity have garnered Kyle a list of clients that trust his knowledge and experience in the land sales industry, and he is adding new clients regularly. A firm belief in continuing education has led Kyle to become an Accredited Land Consultant through the Realtors® Land Institute. With a wife and two young children, Kyle is passionate about his family. He is also very active in his church, where he works with the youth department and the college and career ministry. When free time presents itself, Kyle enjoys kayak fishing in the many waterways of Southeast Georgia, as well as hiking sections of the Appalachian Trail.
